Pilates is a full-body workout focused on core strength, flexibility, and balance. During classes, we use various equipment to enhance full-body movement and provide a dynamic workout experience. With controlled movements and deep breathing, Pilates improves posture, muscle tone, and overall well-being. It's perfect for all fitness levels and promotes a strong, balanced, and flexible body. Regular practice can reduce stress, prevent injuries, and improve overall physical and mental health.
In case you have a yoga mat, yoga block, Pilates ball and Pilates ring at home, it would be great to have them with you for this class. If you don’t have any equipment at home, don’t worry - you can easily perform all the exercises without them.
