Pilates is a full-body exercise that focuses on strength training, flexibility and balance. We use a variety of equipment during classes, such as a Pilates ball, yoga block or bands. Through controlled movements and deep breathing, Pilates improves posture, muscle tone and an overall sense of well-being. Pilates is especially beneficial during pregnancy as it helps strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles, relieve tension and support the changing body, while providing a safe and tailored exercise experience. It is great for all fitness levels and promotes a strong and flexible body. Regular exercise helps reduce stress, prevent injuries and support adaptation to the physiological changes of pregnancy, improves overall physical and mental health, and prepares the body for childbirth.

Mother’s Day Morning

All moms are welcome to spend a cozy and supportive morning with us at CARÁ!

With coach Kadri, we’ll take 1.5 hours to slow down and explore simple ways to stay connected to ourselves, even on busy days with kids. 

Babies and little ones are welcome too - they can play, explore the space, or stay close to mom.

We’ll enjoy a warm drink, a small snack, and a few sweet surprises just for moms.

Pregnancy Massage

Your pregnancy massage is specially tailored to your needs and preferences, providing deep relaxation and a sense of care. This natural relaxation helps lower cortisol, the stress hormone, which has been linked to a reduced risk of premature labor. Additionally, pregnancy massage has been shown to alleviate depression, anxiety, leg and back pain, while also improving mood and sleep quality.

What makes this massage special is our unique massage table with a belly hole, designed for your comfort while lying on your stomach. Our gynecologist, Dr. Richard Krüger, has thoroughly assessed the table and confirmed its safety and suitability for your treatment.

The pregnancy massage should not be performed during the first trimester. You can schedule your first session from week 13 of pregnancy up until labor begins.
