Glow Vinyasa + Restorative Yoga
The double class starts with a 60-minute yoga session based on power vinyasa, incorporating various inverted poses where the heart is positioned higher than the head. The class has a somewhat faster pace, with smooth, flowing transitions between poses. Regular practice of Glow Vinyasa helps achieve hormonal balance, brighter skin, and burn calories.
This is followed by a 60-minute restorative yoga practice, focusing on deep relaxation and stretching poses. The restorative yoga session includes mini massages (for hands/feet/head/shoulders) to enhance relaxation.
The class ends with a communal tea session to ease the transition back to everyday life.
