Virtual Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga is a specialized class tailored for expectant mothers, acknowledging the unique aspects of pregnancy. The session initiates with breathing techniques, transitioning into fluid movements. The essence of yoga lies in synchronizing breath with motion, fostering both mental and physical health. The session culminates with meditation and relaxation. Engaging in pregnancy yoga can alleviate symptoms like back pain, pelvic discomfort, fatigue, and stress.

In case you have a yoga mat, yoga block, blanket, and pillow at home, it would be great to have them with you for this class. If you don’t have any equipment at home, don’t worry - you can easily perform all the exercises without them.

The classes are held in Estonian. If you prefer the class to be in English, please let us know by leaving a note, at least 30 minutes before the class, in the comment section while registering, so we can accommodate your request.
