Virtual Pregnancy Pilates

Pilates is a full-body workout focused on core strength, flexibility, and balance, making it an excellent choice for pregnancy. During classes, we use various equipment to enhance full-body movement and provide a dynamic yet safe workout experience. With controlled movements and deep breathing, Pilates improves posture, muscle tone, and overall well-being, which can be especially beneficial during pregnancy. It helps to strengthen the pelvic floor, relieve tension, and support your changing body.

In case you have a yoga mat, yoga block, Pilates ball and Pilates ring at home, it would be great to have them with you for this class. If you don’t have any equipment at home, don’t worry - you can easily perform all the exercises without them.

The class is held in Estonian.

The class will be live-streamed in the CARÁ App. You can view your bookings under Profile > My Bookings or directly on your home screen on the day of the class.
