Pelvic Floor Foundation Course

This course focuses on gentle strengthening and relaxation of the pelvic floor. You will learn targeted exercises to enhance body awareness and strengthen the muscles in the pelvic area—ideal after childbirth, for incontinence, or as preventive care. The course is designed to be especially gentle and is suitable for anyone looking to restore stability and elasticity to their pelvic floor. Through breathing techniques and mindful movements, you will support your recovery and improve overall well-being in daily life.

This class is held in German and can be joined starting from the 8th week after birth and the 12th week if you had a c-section.

Baby Circle

Experience the empowering sense of community in a protected atmosphere. This space allows for deep interaction with other mothers. Support each other through the challenging situations of parenthood and form new valuable connections with people in similar stages of life. Your babies can also have their first encounters with other children in this space.

Virtual Postnatal Pelvic Floor Recovery Class

Glow Vinyasa + Restorative Yoga

The double class starts with a 60-minute yoga session based on power vinyasa, incorporating various inverted poses where the heart is positioned higher than the head. The class has a somewhat faster pace, with smooth, flowing transitions between poses. Regular practice of Glow Vinyasa helps achieve hormonal balance, brighter skin, and burn calories.

This is followed by a 60-minute restorative yoga practice, focusing on deep relaxation and stretching poses. The restorative yoga session includes mini massages (for hands/feet/head/shoulders) to enhance relaxation.

The class ends with a communal tea session to ease the transition back to everyday life.
